It's no secret: I love to paint. So when the lovely ladies of the Kompost Kids asked me if I'd like to paint a mural on their new shed behind SweetWater Organics in Bay View, I was pretty ecstatic. The shed can be seen by Amtrak train-goers, as well as anyone who would like to participate in the community composting project. Here's the painting process, from start to finish in 3 painting sessions. Enjoy!

Health is not just physical health, but also mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. An important part of the healing process for me is to be active in herpes education, support and advocacy. I volunteer in a number of Herpes organizations, and in particular Positive Men, because the impact of Herpes on women is very different from men.
